AFDØS supplementary data notice
This supplements, and does not replace, the website privacy policy.
AFDØS displays amateur-radio reception reports: callsigns, Maidenhead receiver locators, timestamps, bands/modes, signal reports and frequency observations. Some transmission-context JSON also makes nominal-frequency records and logged radio-message text available. Prepared JSON is publicly downloadable; raw input archives and internal preparation records are not included in the public package.
These records support technical exploration and reproducibility, not advertising or unrelated operator profiling. They can identify radio operators and approximate station locations. The same public interface can display revised prepared snapshots; immutable earlier versions may be retained for scientific comparison and rollback. The owner should review message text and approve retention/publication before release.
Panel open/closed preferences use local storage in your browser. They do not identify you to this application or initiate tracking. Ordinary hosting access records are governed by the main policy. No additional visitor analytics or reception-service calls are introduced by this ingestion workflow. Follow the main policy for contact, rights and requests concerning a record.
