Recovered reel-to-reel domestic advisory transmission believed to have originated from the Order of Magnitude Educational Department regional broadcast network between approximately 1973 and 1975.

The surviving recording was accompanied by a single photographic print depicting the original television transmission. Only an off-air reel-to-reel audio recording and a single photographic print are presently known to exist.

The identity of the announcer remains unknown.

Repeated references to “temporary alignment exercises,” “grey coats,” and “household certification status” do not appear within any recognised British civil defence or public-information archive of the period.

Mechanical instability, tape degradation, and transmission artefacts have been preserved from the recovered source material.
