Applicant suitability test 10J · temporal phase coherence

Prove you are a robot

Press SYNCHRONISE only while all three moving indicators simultaneously occupy their marked acceptance zones.

The indicators are deterministic but operate at different phase rates. Anticipation, rhythm, repeated clicking and shouting “now” are not recognised synchronisation protocols.

Channels: 3 Motion: continuous / deterministic Acceptance: all channels simultaneously in zone Reference-centre tolerance: ±0.70% of track width Assessment: instantaneous on button activation No running countdown to the next coherent state is supplied. The Directorate considers observation a basic machine competency.

Comparator running. Await common phase coherence.
Repeated approximation may improve eventual performance but does not retroactively validate earlier attempts.
Temporal coherence required
Archive note: Surviving assessment records suggest human candidates often became more accurate after several attempts, then continued substantially beyond the point at which this remained a rational use of their time. This behaviour was not observed in approved timing hardware.
