Not the best of images, but here is todays offering....
GRAS 15, 10-Mar-2008 18:30:29 - 18:37:28 UTC
1 x Luminance 120 sec bin1
Very noisy - it was around dawn (05:07 AM, 11-Mar) in Moorook.
I see something there, corresponding to the original image taken on the 3rd :-?. It appears to be expanding, but difficult to say amid all the background noise, but then I'm looking for something there.
An infra-red image was even noisier, and contained no usable data.
This could, in fact, be the remnants of the GRB I originally set out to investigate. Then again it could be a spec of dust somewhere in the telescope system - amazing coincidence, though, that it appeared within just a few arc seconds of the target object :-/
And why it appeared to move the way it did? Still a complete mystery. I shall refrain from wild conjecture at this time.....
