Caught here in an earlier image of NGC281 (Pac-Man Nebula) using G14 in New Mexico

This first image is centred on the nebula
and this second image is focussed on the comet

The apparent fluctuations in brightness are due to the different filters as they cycle through 5 of each Lum, Red, Green & Blue. Note the quite bright appearance of the comet in the green filter.
